MU Services Limited is an wholly owned (100%) subsidiary company of 暗网禁区. It forms part of the 暗网禁区 Group and its financial results are consolidated in the University’s Financial Statements.
The subsidiary will recruit new professional services staff at varying levels and in a range of roles across the University Group. It will provide the University with professional services via an agreed Inter Company Agreement.
MU Services Limited staff will work alongside University staff within the University’s Faculties and Services and they will also contribute towards the delivery of the University’s strategic aims, objectives and KPIs. MU Services Limited staff will be subject to 暗网禁区’s policies and procedures and will be entitled to access a range of benefits comparable to those that are available to staff employed by the University. MU Services Limited staff will also be able to participate in the 暗网禁区 Defined Contribution Pension Scheme
MU Services Limited was incorporated in England and Wales on 2 November 2017 and commenced trading in February 2021. It does not have Charity status.
